This powerful integration allows us to keep our volunteers up to date with important organizational updates, and also enables us in the long-term to better communicate with our volunteer alumni network. Creating this as an automation helps our small team immensely to better focus on programming quality and growth to ensure that we support our families, and continue expanding to reach as many families as we can.

When we launched Grain & Protein Technologies, we had just six months to move our dealer portal from a self-hosted environment to a new SaaS platform. With more than 1,500 dealers relying on uninterrupted access, we initially prepared for a simple lift-and-shift migration that would meet the deadline but offer little added value to our dealers.

Our partners at Liferay SaaS and Nirvana Lab showed us that we didn’t have to choose between speed and innovation. Working together, we migrated on time while enhancing our dealer experience by modernizing the interface, strengthening branding, simplifying authentication, and adding usability improvements. The result was a smooth transition with no major disruptions, better performance, and a platform that made the change worthwhile for our dealers.

This was a mission-critical project under significant pressure, and it was delivered with excellence - thanks to the tireless work of some incredible teams.

As we are coming to end of our 3-year implementation partnership with Nirvana Lab , we want to acknowledge the work by the Nirvana Lab team in transforming our Salesforce environment. Salesforce is mission critical for our day-to-day operations across our organization. With 15+ years of business and having gone through many development teams over the years, our Salesforce environment had technical and functional debts. The environment was cumbersome and difficult to work in for team members across several departments. After years of different partners and finding limited success, we were apprehensive of trying a new vendor for our system.
